Terms

These terms are between Face Plan Ltd (company number 17469510, registered in England and Wales), which operates FacePlan, and the clinics and practitioners who subscribe (the subscriber) and their patients (viewers).

Subscription

A subscription is per practitioner seat, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Clinical responsibility

Plans are written by the practitioner. The dictation feature drafts a structure from what was said and is always reviewed by the practitioner before it reaches a patient. The platform does not give clinical advice and is not a medical device.

Data

The subscriber is the data controller for its patients' information and warrants it has a lawful basis to store it here. A data processing agreement is available on request. See the Privacy page for how data is protected.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to store information about people who are not your patients, or in any way that breaks UK law or professional standards.
